HAS BEEN UPDATED!
We are excited to announce sophisticated new features in the next release of RealTimeDesign. This software program for designing TaqMan® and Amplifluor® assays continues to be available for free use at:
New Features Include:
- Custom parameter sets can be saved and retrieved for future sessions
- Traverse several sets of your own creation to overcome difficult targets
- Export sequences and their properties to your computer
- Archive your assays in the software’s database, now with boosted storage
Default Design Parameters have been Refined:
- Primers designed to a melting temperature of 66°C instead of 60°C
- Effective in standard 2 step TaqMan® 95°C/60°C thermal cycling
- Provides improved amplification under "fast" thermal cycling routines
