The MerMade 12 Oligonucleotide synthesizer is designed to synthesize DNA, RNA and LNA oligonucleotides in a column format using standard or modified chemistries.
End of line filter for 1/8" tubing
Column holder for standard pipette body synthesis columns by the shoulder in the MerMade 192E, 192X, 192R, and 96E instruments (0.246" diameter hole).
The MerMade192X can be configured to synthesize all types of chemistries up to 5 µmol scale.
