Our proprietary Black Hole Quencher®(BHQ®)dye phosphoramidites are designed to permit efficient quenching of all fluorophores making it possible to utilize reporter dyes that emit anywhere across the visible spectrum from 480 nm into the near IR.

Our CAL Fluor® and Quasar® dye phosphoramidites are fluorophores with emission spectra that span the visible and near infrared spectrum, making them ideal for multiplexed real time qPCR assays.

LGC Biosearch also offers modifications  such as Biotin, Amine, Thiol, Spacers as well as other popular fluorescent dye phosphoramidites. These amidites can be used for direct incorporation into the modified oligonucleotide.
