Stellaris® FISH Probes, Human CD8B |P with CAL Fluor® Red 610 consists of a set of dye-labeled oligos mixed and pooled into a final delivered amount of 5 nmol, which yields approximately 200-400 hybridizations under standard conditions. Designed to detect CD8B |P transcripts in specimens using fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH). Design Criteria: Product was designed against CD8b molecule / CD8b molecule pseudogene CD8B |P a.k.a. LY3; P37; LEU2; LYT3; CD8B1 | CD8B2 (NCBI gene ID:926|927) and nucleotides 1-552 of NM_004931.4. This is an inclusive probe set design to detect the following variants:. NM_004931.4, NM_172101.3, NM_172102.3, NM_172213.3, NM_001178100.1, XM_011533164.1, and RNAs from CD8BP (ENST00000417670). The probe set has not been tested for potential cross-hybridization to RNA(s) of paralogous and orthologous gene(s) in the same or other species.

Properties:

  • Absorption Maximum (Lambda Max):

    590

  • Fluorescence Maximum:

Product usage:

Please note that reconstituted probe mix should be subjected to a minimum number of freeze-thaw cycles. For daily and short-term use, the mix can be stored at +2 to +8 °C in the dark for up to a month. For long-term use: We recommend freezing reconstituted probes in the dark at -15 to -30 °C for storage lasting longer than a month. Protocols: Detailed protocols by sample type can be found here: https://www.biosearchtech.com/stellarisprotocols.
