Stellaris® FISH Probes, Human FGFR3 with CAL Fluor® Red 610 consists of a set of dye-labeled oligos mixed and pooled into a final delivered amount of 5 nmol, which yields approximately 200-400 hybridizations under standard conditions. Designed to detect FGFR3 transcripts in specimens using fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH). Design Criteria: Product was designed against fibroblast growth factor receptor 3 FGFR3 a.k.a. ACH; CEK2; JTK4; CD333; HSFGFR3EX (NCBI gene ID:2261) and nucleotides 1-1186, 1178-3951 of NM_022965.3. This is an inclusive probe set design to detect the following variants: NM_000142.4, NM_022965.3, NM_001163213.1, XM_006713868.1, XM_006713869.1, XM_006713870.1, XM_006713871.1, XM_006713872.1, XM_006713873.1, XM_011513420.1, and XM_011513422.1 The probe set has not been tested for potential cross-hybridization to RNA(s) of paralogous and orthologous gene(s) in the same or other species.

Product usage:

    Please note that reconstituted probe mix should be subjected to a minimum number of freeze-thaw cycles. For daily and short-term use, the mix can be stored at +2 to +8 °C in the dark for up to a month. For long-term use: We recommend freezing reconstituted probes in the dark at -15 to -30 °C for storage lasting longer than a month.
