Stellaris® FISH Probes, Human GLI2 with Quasar® 670 consists of a set of dye-labeled oligos mixed and pooled into a final delivered amount of 5 nmol, which yields approximately 200-400 hybridizations under standard conditions. Designed to detect GLI2 transcripts in specimens using fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH). Design Criteria: Product was designed against GLI family zinc finger 2 GLI2 a.k.a. CJS; HPE9; PHS2; THP1; THP2 (NCBI gene ID:2736) and nucleotides 674-875, 881-1212, 1264-6615 of NM_005270.4. This is an inclusive probe set design to detect the following variants: NM_005270.4, AY493737.1, AY493738.1, AY493739.1, XM_006712422.1, XM_011510969.1, XM_011510970.1, XM_011510971.1, XM_011510972.1, XM_011510973.1, XM_011510974.1 The probe set has not been tested for potential cross-hybridization to RNA(s) of paralogous and orthologous gene(s) in the same or other species.

Product usage:

    Please note that reconstituted probe mix should be subjected to a minimum number of freeze-thaw cycles. For daily and short-term use, the mix can be stored at +2 to +8 °C in the dark for up to a month. For long-term use: We recommend freezing reconstituted probes in the dark at -15 to -30 °C for storage lasting longer than a month.
