Stellaris® FISH Probes, Human GLI3 with Quasar® 670 consists of a set of dye-labeled oligos mixed and pooled into a final delivered amount of 5 nmol, which yields approximately 200-400 hybridizations under standard conditions. Designed to detect GLI3 transcripts in specimens using fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH). Design Criteria: Product was designed against GLI family zinc finger 3 GLI3 a.k.a. PHS; ACLS; GCPS; PAPA; PAPB; PAP-A; PAPA1; PPDIV; GLI3FL; GLI3-190 (NCBI gene ID:2737) and nucleotides 218-4834 of NM_000168.5. This is an inclusive probe set design to detect the following variants: NM_000168.5, XM_005249703.1, XM_005249704.2, XM_011515272.1, XM_011515273.1, XM_011515274.1. The probe set has not been tested for potential cross-hybridization to RNA(s) of paralogous and orthologous gene(s) in the same or other species.

Properties:

  • Absorption Maximum (Lambda Max):

    647

  • Fluorescence Maximum:

    670

Product usage:

Please note that reconstituted probe mix should be subjected to a minimum number of freeze-thaw cycles. For daily and short-term use, the mix can be stored at +2 to +8 °C in the dark for up to a month. For long-term use: We recommend freezing reconstituted probes in the dark at -15 to -30 °C for storage lasting longer than a month. Protocols: Detailed protocols by sample type can be found here: https://www.biosearchtech.com/stellarisprotocols.

Storage and handling:
