Stellaris® FISH Probes, Human IL13RA2 with CAL Fluor® Red 590 consists of a set of dye-labeled oligos mixed and pooled into a final delivered amount of 5 nmol, which yields approximately 200-400 hybridizations under standard conditions. Designed to detect IL13RA2 transcripts in specimens using fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH). Design Criteria: Product was designed against interleukin 13 receptor, alpha 2 IL13RA2 a.k.a. CT19; IL-13R; IL13BP; CD213A2 (NCBI gene ID:3598) and nucleotides 1-977 of NM_000640.2. This is an inclusive probe set designed to detect the following variants: NM_000640.2, GQ494004.1, and AK308523.1 The probe set has not been tested for potential cross-hybridization to RNA(s) of paralogous and orthologous gene(s) in the same or other species.

Product usage:

Please note that reconstituted probe mix should be subjected to a minimum number of freeze-thaw cycles. For daily and short-term use, the mix can be stored at +2 to +8 °C in the dark for up to a month. For long-term use: We recommend freezing reconstituted probes in the dark at -15 to -30 °C for storage lasting longer than a month. Protocols: Detailed protocols by sample type can be found here: https://www.biosearchtech.com/stellarisprotocols.
