Stellaris® FISH Probes, Human MET with Quasar® 570 consists of a set of dye-labeled oligos mixed and pooled into a final delivered amount of 5 nmol, which yields approximately 200-400 hybridizations under standard conditions. Designed to detect MET transcripts in specimens using fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH). Design Criteria: Product was designed against MET proto-oncogene, receptor tyrosine kinase MET a.k.a. HGFR; AUTS9; RCCP2; c-Met; DFNB97 (NCBI gene ID:4233) and nucleotides 1388-2451, 2452-4360 of NM_000245.2. This is an inclusive probe set designed to detect the following variants: NM_000245.2, NM_001127500.1, XM_006715990.2, XM_006715991.2, XM_011516223.1. The probe set has not been tested for potential cross-hybridization to RNA(s) of paralogous and orthologous gene(s) in the same or other species.

Product usage:

    Please note that reconstituted probe mix should be subjected to a minimum number of freeze-thaw cycles. For daily and short-term use, the mix can be stored at +2 to +8 °C in the dark for up to a month. For long-term use: We recommend freezing reconstituted probes in the dark at -15 to -30 °C for storage lasting longer than a month.
