Stellaris® FISH Probes, Human MME with CAL Fluor® Red 635 consists of a set of dye-labeled oligos mixed and pooled into a final delivered amount of 5 nmol, which yields approximately 200-400 hybridizations under standard conditions. Designed to detect MME transcripts in specimens using fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH). Design Criteria: Product was designed against membrane metallo-endopeptidase MME a.k.a. NEP; SFE; CD10; CALLA (NCBI gene ID:4311) and nucleotides 121-2373 of NM_000902.3. This is an inclusive probe set design to detect the following variants: NM_000902.3, NM_007287.2, NM_007288.2, NM_007289.2, XM_006713646.2, XM_006713647.2, XM_011512855.1, XM_011512856.1, XM_011512857.1, XM_011512858.1. The probe set has not been tested for potential cross-hybridization to RNA(s) of paralogous and orthologous gene(s) in the same or other species.

Product usage:

    Please note that reconstituted probe mix should be subjected to a minimum number of freeze-thaw cycles. For daily and short-term use, the mix can be stored at +2 to +8 °C in the dark for up to a month. For long-term use: We recommend freezing reconstituted probes in the dark at -15 to -30 °C for storage lasting longer than a month.
