Stellaris® FISH Probes, Mouse Grb10 with CAL Fluor® Red 635 consists of a set of dye-labeled oligos mixed and pooled into a final delivered amount of 5 nmol, which yields approximately 200-400 hybridizations under standard conditions. Designed to detect Grb10 transcripts in specimens using fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH). Design Criteria: Product was designed against growth factor receptor bound protein 10 Grb10 a.k.a. Meg1; AI325020; mKIAA0207; 5730571D09Rik (NCBI gene ID:14783) and nucleotides 70-522, 523-4758 of NM_001177629.1. This is an inclusive probe set design to detect the following variants: NM_010345.4, NM_001177629.1, XM_006514529.1, XM_011243664.1 The probe set has not been tested for potential cross-hybridization to RNA(s) of paralogous and orthologous gene(s) in the same or other species.

Properties:

  • Absorption Maximum (Lambda Max):

    618

  • Fluorescence Maximum:

Product usage:

Please note that reconstituted probe mix should be subjected to a minimum number of freeze-thaw cycles. For daily and short-term use, the mix can be stored at +2 to +8 °C in the dark for up to a month. For long-term use: We recommend freezing reconstituted probes in the dark at -15 to -30 °C for storage lasting longer than a month. Protocols: Detailed protocols by sample type can be found here: https://www.biosearchtech.com/stellarisprotocols.

Storage and handling:

  • Shipping conditions:

    Ambient
