Stellaris® FISH Probes, Mouse Tlr7 with CAL Fluor® Red 590 consists of a set of dye-labeled oligos mixed and pooled into a final delivered amount of 5 nmol, which yields approximately 200-400 hybridizations under standard conditions. Designed to detect Tlr7 transcripts in specimens using fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH). Design Criteria: Product was designed against toll-like receptor 7 Tlr7 a.k.a. N/A (NCBI gene ID:170743) and nucleotides 1-3746 of NM_133211.3 . This is an inclusive probe set design to recognize: NM_133211, XM_006528712, XM_006528713, XM_006528714, XM_006528715, and XM_006528716, ENSMUST00000112164, ENSMUST00000137492, ENSMUST00000145284, ENSMUST00000112161, ENSMUST00000060719. The probe set has not been tested for potential cross-hybridization to RNA(s) of paralogous and orthologous gene(s) in the same or other species.

Properties:

  • Absorption Maximum (Lambda Max):

    569

Product usage:

Please note that reconstituted probe mix should be subjected to a minimum number of freeze-thaw cycles. For daily and short-term use, the mix can be stored at +2 to +8 °C in the dark for up to a month. For long-term use: We recommend freezing reconstituted probes in the dark at -15 to -30 °C for storage lasting longer than a month. Protocols: Detailed protocols by sample type can be found here: https://www.biosearchtech.com/stellarisprotocols.
