The mag™ kits have been developed as a high-throughput and cost-effective DNA isolation method. The technology is suitable for the extraction of nucleic acids from a range of sample types for PCR and other applications. The protocol follows the common technology of binding the DNA to the mag beads, removing contaminations by salt and alcohol based wash buffers and a final eluation step.
