Stellaris® FISH Probes, Human CDKN3_intron with CAL Fluor® Red 590 Dye consists of a set of dye-labeled oligos mixed and pooled into a final delivered amount of 5 nmol, which yields approximately 200-400 hybridizations under standard conditions. Designed to detect CDKN3 transcripts in specimens using fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH). Design Criteria: Product was designed against cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitor 3 CDKN3 a.k.a. KAP; CDI1; CIP2; KAP1 (NCBI gene ID:1033) and nucleotides 5141-6120, 8081-9060, 16901-17880, 19771-20750, 22291-23270, 24041-25020, of NG_023235.1. The probe set has not been tested for potential cross-hybridization to RNA(s) of paralogous and orthologous gene(s) in the same or other species.

Product usage:

Please note that reconstituted probe mix should be subjected to a minimum number of freeze-thaw cycles. For daily and short-term use, the mix can be stored at +2 to +8 °C in the dark for up to a month. For long-term use: We recommend freezing reconstituted probes in the dark at -15 to -30 °C for storage lasting longer than a month. Protocols: Detailed protocols by sample type can be found here: https://www.biosearchtech.com/stellarisprotocols.
