Stellaris® FISH Probes, Mouse Itpr2 with CAL Fluor® Red 590 Dye consists of a set of dye-labeled oligos mixed and pooled into a final delivered amount of 5 nmol, which yields approximately 200-400 hybridizations under standard conditions. Designed to detect Itpr2 transcripts in specimens using fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH). Design Criteria: Product was designed against inositol 1,4,5-triphosphate receptor 2 Itpr2 a.k.a. Ip3r2; Itpr5; insP3R2; AI649341; InsP3R-2; InsP3R-5 (NCBI gene ID:16439) and nucleotides 346-6845 of NM_010586.2. This is an inclusive probe set designed to also detect the following variants: XM_006507026.2, XM_006536038.2, NM_019923.4 The probe set has not been tested for potential cross-hybridization to RNA(s) of paralogous and orthologous gene(s) in the same or other species.

Product usage:

Please note that reconstituted probe mix should be subjected to a minimum number of freeze-thaw cycles. For daily and short-term use, the mix can be stored at +2 to +8 °C in the dark for up to a month. For long-term use: We recommend freezing reconstituted probes in the dark at -15 to -30 °C for storage lasting longer than a month. Protocols: Detailed protocols by sample type can be found here: https://www.biosearchtech.com/stellarisprotocols.
