Stellaris® FISH Probes, Mouse Pou5f1 with CAL Fluor® Red 590 Dye consists of a set of dye-labeled oligos mixed and pooled into a final delivered amount of 5 nmol, which yields approximately 200-400 hybridizations under standard conditions. Designed to detect Pou5f1 transcripts in specimens using fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH). Design Criteria: Product was designed against POU domain, class 5, transcription factor 1 Pou5f1 a.k.a. Oct3; Oct4; Otf3; Otf4; NF-A3; Oct-3; Oct-4; Otf-3; Otf-4; Otf3g; Oct3/4; Oct-3/4; Otf3-rs7 (NCBI gene ID:18999) and nucleotides 452-1353 of NM_013633.3. This is an inclusive probe set designed to also detect the following variant: NM_001252452.1, and to NR_033594.1 from Gm5712 with 26 oligos. The probe set has not been tested for potential cross-hybridization to RNA(s) of paralogous and orthologous gene(s) in the same or other species.

Product usage:

    Please note that reconstituted probe mix should be subjected to a minimum number of freeze-thaw cycles. For daily and short-term use, the mix can be stored at +2 to +8 °C in the dark for up to a month. For long-term use: We recommend freezing reconstituted probes in the dark at -15 to -30 °C for storage lasting longer than a month.
