Preparing for Brexit
- Familiarise yourself with what this means for your business and relationship with LGC (check your agreed incoterms, or CPT as standard)
- Do you know your EORI (Economic Operators Registration and Identification) as you may be required to supply it when placing an order
- For further information on the EORI system please review this document
- Be prepared for delays of goods shipping across the UK-EU border for several weeks after 1st January - stock up where possible to minimise disruption
- Contact your LGC account manager ASAP if you have any concerns and we can work with you to support you
