How much starting material can I use with sbeadex blood?

Fresh & frozen blood	100 & 200 µl	All other volumes: Please contact us for additional information
Buffy coats	Buffy coats of 200 µl starting volume	Buffy coats can be very viscous due to the concentration of white blood cells, so may need dilution. See the protocol for details.
FTA cards	Typically: 3 mm punch	Protocol can be upscaled to include several punches FTA cards can store varying amounts of blood depending on the technology used, so some testing may be needed.
Plasma & serum	Pending validation	We have not fully validated plasma and serum samples; please call us to discuss.
