Empty oligo synthesis column for luer-fitting synthesizers, such as ABI 394, Expedite 8900/8909, K&A. The large columns can be filled with 30-50 mg of support. Depending on solid support loading, they can be used to make up to a ~1.3 µmol synthesis scale column. The top and bottom frits (FR-1501 or FR-1502 both fit) are sold separately. The thinner FR-1501 frit is more suitable when there is a requirement to have more CPG in the column, for example if it is a low-loading support or for larger synthesis scales. The small columns can be filled with 3-20 mg of support. Depending on solid support loading, they can be used to make up a 50 - 200 nmol synthesis scale column. The top and bottom frit (FR-1502) is sold separately.
