The MerMade 48X Oligonucleotide synthesizer is designed to synthesize DNA, RNA & LNA oligonucleotides in a column format using standard or modified chemistries. The 48X can synthesize 48 oligos in less than 2 hours, producing a very high quality product with very minimal reagent usage. This instrument is ideally suited for those who need a fast synthesizer that is still capable of producing high quality oligos with the ability to synthesize oligos with extensive modifications. The MM48X has 4 plates of 12 oligos that can each produce oligos at different scale utilizing different chemistries. The synthesizer allows for hot swapping plates as they complete to enable continuous operation.
